By accessing or using the Wannagolf application ("App") at wannagolfapp.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Wannagolf is operated by Dom Trucco, a sole proprietor doing business as Wannagolf ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Wannagolf is a golf scheduling application that helps golfers organize tee times with friends. The App provides:

• A cascade SMS invite engine that automatically invites friends in ranked order until a foursome is filled
• Tee time discovery powered by third-party inventory partners
• Friend ranking and invite management tools
• Booking facilitation through third-party golf booking platforms
• A Pro subscription tier with enhanced features

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Wannagolf. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

To use Wannagolf's core features, you must create an account by providing:

• Your name
• A valid email address
• A valid U.S. or Canadian mobile phone number
• Your golf handicap (optional)
• Your city or location

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at wannagolf.app@gmail.com.

Wannagolf SMS Invite Notifications

Wannagolf sends SMS text messages to facilitate golf tee time coordination between users. Messages include tee time invitations, booking confirmations, and round notifications.

By providing your mobile phone number during account creation, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Wannagolf related to tee time invitations and coordination. This consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies and depends on how often other Wannagolf users invite you to tee times. You may receive multiple messages per day during active invite cascades.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan's SMS rates.

To stop receiving SMS messages from Wannagolf, reply STOP to any Wannagolf text message at any time. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number unless you re-subscribe by texting START.

For help, reply HELP to any Wannagolf text message or contact us at wannagolf.app@gmail.com.

If you receive a Wannagolf SMS invitation but have not created an account, the message was sent on behalf of a registered Wannagolf user who entered your phone number to invite you to a golf round. You may reply STOP at any time to permanently opt out of future messages. You will not be added to any marketing list.

Wannagolf SMS messaging is available on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carrier support may vary.

Tee time availability displayed in the App is sourced from third-party partners including Supreme Golf and other tee time marketplaces. Wannagolf does not own or control course inventory and cannot guarantee availability.

When you complete a tee time booking through Wannagolf, you may be directed to a third-party booking platform to complete the transaction. Wannagolf may earn an affiliate commission on completed bookings. This commission is paid by the booking platform and does not affect the price you pay.

Tee time prices are set by golf courses and their booking platforms. Wannagolf does not control pricing and prices displayed are subject to change. Always confirm the final price before completing a booking.

Tee time cancellation and refund policies are governed by the golf course and the booking platform through which you completed your reservation. Wannagolf is not responsible for refunds on tee time bookings made through third-party platforms.

Wannagolf offers a free tier with limited tee time creations per month and standard features as described in the App.

Wannagolf Pro is available at $3.99/month (web) or $4.99/month (App Store/Google Play). Pro includes unlimited tee times, priority cascade, no banner ads, acceptance rate analytics, and early access to new features.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You authorize Wannagolf to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use of the Pro subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

By using Wannagolf, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Enter phone numbers of individuals without their knowledge or reasonable expectation of being contacted
• Harass, spam, or send unsolicited messages through the invite system
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the App
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

When you enter a friend's phone number to send a tee time invitation, you represent that:

• You have a genuine personal relationship with the recipient
• You reasonably believe the recipient would welcome a golf invitation from you
• You are not using the invite system to spam or harass individuals

Misuse of the invite system may result in account termination.

All content, features, and functionality of the Wannagolf App — including but not limited to the cascade invite engine, brand system, logo, and UI — are owned by Wannagolf and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Wannagolf is not responsible for the actions of golf courses, booking platforms, or other users. Tee time availability, pricing, and booking terms are governed by third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wannagolf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to Wannagolf in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wannagolf and its owner from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
