• Send SMS tee time invitations on your behalf to contacts you specify
• Deliver SMS notifications when you are invited to a tee time by another user
• Display nearby available tee times based on your location
• Facilitate the cascade invite engine that fills golf foursomes
• Improve, personalize, and expand our services
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support
• Comply with legal obligations

By providing your mobile phone number and creating a Wannagolf account, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Wannagolf, including:

• Tee time invitations initiated by other registered users
• Booking confirmations and tee time reminders
• App notifications related to your tee times and groups

Message frequency varies based on how often other users invite you to tee times. There is no fixed message frequency.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any Wannagolf text message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

If a registered Wannagolf user enters your phone number to invite you to a golf round, you may receive a single SMS invitation even if you have not created a Wannagolf account. This message is sent on behalf of a real person who knows you personally and wishes to invite you to play golf. You will not receive additional messages unless another registered user specifically invites you again. Reply STOP at any time to opt out permanently.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share your information with:

• Service providers — third-party vendors who help us operate the App, including Twilio (SMS delivery), Supabase (database and authentication), and Vercel (hosting). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
• Tee time partners — if you choose to book a tee time through our App, relevant booking information may be shared with our tee time inventory partners (such as Supreme Golf) to complete your reservation.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We will never share your information with advertisers in a way that personally identifies you.
